Louis J. Burnett
Administrative Law Judge
 
Louis J. Burnett has been an Administrative Law Judge with the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings since September 2005. Judge Burnett previously served as a judge in the State of Arizona, Office of Appeals.
 
Prior to his tenure in Arizona, Judge Burnett practiced in Michigan for over 25 years, primarily representing businesses and corporations. His experience includes commercial litigation and appellate work in both the state and federal courts.
 
Judge Burnett is a graduate of Wayne State University Law School and Western Michigan University. Publications: Business Associations, 1977 Annual Survey of Michigan Law, 23 Wayne Law Review 349 (1977).
