Administrative Law Judge

Appointed to the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) in 2005, Judge Tucker brings to OAH several years of governmental experience, having served in various leadership positions in District of Columbia government including the Deputy Director and Acting Director, Medical Assistance Administration, District of Columbia Department of Health (Medicaid Program); Deputy General Counsel, Department of Health; and Chief, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Division, Office of the General Counsel, District of Columbia Department of Human Services.
