You may file an appeal of a Department of Employment Services (DOES) Claims Examiner's Determination at the Office of Administrative Hearings (not at DOES).  Your appeal must be filed within 15 calendar days of the mailing date of the Claims Examiner's Determination.  You may file an appeal without filing the Claims Examiner's Determination but your appeal cannot be fully processed without it.
