Judge Crichlow received her appointment as an Administrative Law Judge in the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings in November 2007 and she currently presides over Department of Public Works, Department of Human Services, Department of Transportation, Child Support Services Division of the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General and Metropolitan Police Department hearings.  Judge Crichlow previously served as the Principal Administrative Law Judge for cases from the Department of Public Works.

Judge Crichlow joined Office of Administrative Hearings after an 18-year career at the District of Columbia Public Defender Service, representing indigent persons charged with criminal offenses.  She is also a member of the adjunct faculty at the Howard University School of Law.  Judge Crichlow received her undergraduate degree from Hunter College, and her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University School of Law.
