eFiling
Whether you are filing a new case or already have a case with OAH, an eFiling account lets you file documents electronically through a secure portal. With an eFiling account, you can also login at any time to view case activity and access orders.
Note: eFiling is not available for cases involving Department of For-Hire Vehicle (DFHV) tickets, also called “Title 31” tickets. If you need to answer a DFHV ticket, visit the Filings & Forms page for other available filing options.
Final Order Search
The ePortal allows anyone to search redacted OAH Final Orders. You do not need to create an account to search Final Orders.
The ePortal only has Final Orders going back to October 1, 2024. Also, orders in cases involving Title 31 DFHV tickets are not available through the ePortal. If you are searching for a Final Order issued before October 1, 2024, need to request an order in a Title 31 DFHV ticket case, or otherwise cannot find an order you are looking for, please email [email protected] for assistance.
