The Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) is open on a modified operating schedule. Agency hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, OAH is open to walk-in visitors only 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. If you arrive during business hours but at a time OAH is closed for walk-in visits, the front entrance will be locked, but you may still file papers or check in for an in-person hearing. Instructions for filing papers and checking in for a hearing are located on tables right outside the front entrance.
Hearings are being conducted in-person and by telephone and video conference. Please refer to your Scheduling Order for information on how to access your hearing.

When filing documents with OAH, please consider the following:
