Administrative Law Judge

Judge Weberman has been an Administrative Law Judge with the District of Columbia Office of Administrative Hearings since June 2014.  He  presides over  cases involving Unemployment Insurance, the Office of Tax and Revenue, Rental Housing, the Department of Public Works, the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, and the Taxicab Commission.

Prior to joining the Office of Administrative Hearings, Judge Weberman worked for many years with the Office of Chief Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, serving most recently as the Appellate Authority for the Department of Treasury in which he made final decisions for the Department on disciplinary actions initiated by the Office of Professional Responsibility on appeal from Administrative Law Judges, and as the Director, Headquarters Operations, Division Counsel, Small Business/Self-Employed.  He was previously an attorney with the Tax Division, Department of Justice and the Office of General Counsel, Department of Agriculture.

Judge Weberman graduated from the University of Michigan and received a J.D. from the University of Texas and an LL.M in Taxation from Georgetown University.
