OAH eFiling Portal

The Office of Administrative Hearings eFiling Portal allows litigants to electronically request hearings and file documents. The Portal is available for litigants to request hearings for all case types except for appeals of Department of For-Hire Vehicle tickets. Litigants may also use the Portal to file documents for open OAH cases.
