OAH E-Filing Portal Project

The Office of Administrative Hearings has launched an E-Filing Portal to allow litigants to electronically request hearings and file documents. The Portal is now available for litigants to request hearings in Unemployment Benefits cases. Litigants may also use the Portal to file documents for open OAH cases. In the coming months, more capabilities will be added to the Portal to allow litigants to request hearings in other case types.
