Effective August 13, 2026, OAH no longer has jurisdiction to conduct hearings for Notices of Infraction issued by the Department of For Hire Vehicles (DFHV). Due to inclement weather OAH is operating Friday March 6 on two hour delay.
Any hearings or mediations scheduled before 11a.m. today will be re-scheduled. Hearing notices will be sent to parties who had scheduled hearings today. As DCPS is closed today, all DCPS hearings will be rescheduled.
