Effective August 13, 2026, OAH no longer has jurisdiction to conduct hearings for Notices of Infraction issued by the Department of For Hire Vehicles (DFHV). OAH is open on a modified operating schedule at least until June 8th and all employees still are teleworking. This requires that the agency prepare for and conduct REMOTE prioritized hearings for Public Benefits or Unemployment Insurance applicants/recipients where benefits have been denied or cut. These hearings recommenced the week of March 30, 2020.

The Office of Administrative Hearings launched an online E-Filing Portal on August 22, 2022. The E-Filing Portal allows litigants to file hearing requests and add documents to their cases.
The Advisory Committee to the Office of Administrative Hearings will meet on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at 1:30 p.m.
