The Office of Administrative Hearings launched an online E-Filing Portal on August 22, 2022. The E-Filing Portal allows litigants to file hearing requests and add documents to their cases.
The rollout of the E-Filing Portal will occur in several phases. At launch, the E-Filing Portal is available for litigants to file hearing requests in Unemployment Insurance cases or add documents to their open cases. The E-Filing Portal does not replace any of the methods OAH uses to accept hearing requests or filings (mail, fax, in-person, and email).
